Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- Client: The individual or entity engaging D Networking for graphic design services.
- D Networking: The graphic design company providing services.
- Project: The specific graphic design work or services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
- Deliverables: The final design files, artwork, or any other materials produced as part of the project.
2. Engagement of Services
2.1. The Client agrees to hire D Networking for the specific graphic design services described in the project proposal or agreement.
2.2. D Networking agrees to provide these services to the best of its abilities and within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for graphic design services will be as detailed in the project proposal or agreement.
3.2. D Networking may require an initial deposit or milestone payments as specified in the project proposal.
4. Project Timeline
4.1. D Networking will provide the Client with an estimated timeline for the project’s completion. Timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Revisions
5.1. The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Ownership and Rights
6.1. Upon full payment, the Client will have full ownership and rights to the final Deliverables for the project.
6.2. D Networking retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.
9. Liability
9.1. D Networking is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Deliverables.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
